What a home shift with Daksh Packers looks like
Moving house is mostly a planning problem. We start with a survey of everything that is going, so the truck size, the crew size and the amount of packing material are right on the first try. You get a written quote that lists every charge. On moving day, a supervisor leads the crew, keeps an inventory of every carton and stays until the last box is in place at your new home.
We pack room by room and label each carton with its room and contents, so unpacking is quick. Fragile items such as crockery, glassware, mirrors, LED TVs and idols get extra layers and travel upright. Sofas and mattresses are covered in stretch film and corrugated sheets so they arrive free of dust and scratches.

For a move within Delhi NCR, a 1 RK costs about ₹2,500–6,000, a 1 BHK about ₹3,500–10,000, a 2 BHK about ₹6,500–15,000 and a 3 BHK about ₹9,000–25,000. The price depends on how much you own, the floors and lift access at both ends, the distance and the packing quality you choose. Things that make a Delhi move smoother
- Society rules. Most apartment societies in Dwarka, Vasant Kunj, Gurgaon and Noida need a move-out or move-in permission from the RWA or facility office, a lift booking and moving within set hours. Ask for these a few days early and tell us the timings.
- Parking for the truck. In older colonies with narrow lanes, the truck may have to stand on the main road. We plan the crew size for the longer carry, so it does not surprise you on the day.
- Heat and rain. In May and June we start early in the morning. From July to September every load is covered with tarpaulin and furniture is wrapped in waterproof film.
- Auspicious dates. Weekends, month-ends and muhurat days around Navratri and Diwali book out first. Lock your date two to three weeks ahead.
