Sea or air?

Sea freight is the economical choice for furniture and larger volumes; goods take several weeks depending on the destination port. Air freight is faster and suits a few cartons of essentials. Many families send a small air shipment for the first weeks and the rest by sea.

The cost depends on the volume (cubic metres), the destination country and city, sea or air, and the customs and handling charges at the other end. We survey your goods and send a written quote that lists what is included at both ends.

Documents you will usually need

Passport and visa copies, a detailed inventory, and the customs forms required by your destination country. Rules differ by country, so we share the exact list once you tell us where you are moving.

Which countries can you move to?

How much do packers and movers charge in Delhi?

For a move within Delhi NCR, a 1 BHK typically costs ₹3,500–10,000, a 2 BHK ₹6,500–15,000 and a 3 BHK ₹9,000–25,000, including packing material, labour, loading, transport and unloading. GST is extra. See the full rate list or use the cost calculator.

How do you work out the cost of my move?

The price depends on the volume of goods, the distance, floors and lift access at both ends, the packing quality you choose and any add-ons such as car transport or AC dismantling. We survey your goods (in person or by video) and send a written, itemised quote.

How far in advance should I book?

For a local move, three to seven days is usually enough. For intercity moves, month-end dates and the festive season (October–November), book two to three weeks ahead.
