How we move an office
Every office move starts with a walk-through of the old and new premises. We count workstations, cabinets, IT equipment and fragile items, check lift access and parking at both buildings, and agree a schedule with your admin team. Each employee gets labels for their desk and cartons, so the new floor can be set up exactly as planned.
Computers, monitors and servers are packed in anti-static bubble wrap and moved in cushioned cartons. Files are boxed and sealed in order. Modular workstations are dismantled with their parts tagged, and re-assembled at the new office before your team arrives.
Office shifting cost
A small office of up to 10 workstations usually costs ₹15,000–35,000 to move within Delhi NCR. Larger offices are priced after a survey, based on the number of workstations, IT equipment, floors, lift access and the time window. See office shifting rates.

We regularly move offices in Aerocity, Gurgaon (Cyber City, Udyog Vihar, Golf Course Road), Noida, Okhla, Nehru Place, Connaught Place, Saket and Mahipalpur. Many commercial buildings only allow moves after office hours or on weekends; we plan around building rules and get the paperwork for the service lift and loading bay ready in advance.
