Quotes and prices
Prices on this website are indicative. The price for your move is the one in your written quote, which is based on the goods and conditions shown to us in the survey. If goods are added or conditions change (for example, no lift or a longer carry), we will confirm any change in price in writing before continuing.
Booking and payment
A booking amount confirms your date. The balance is payable as stated in your quote. GST and other taxes are charged as applicable and shown on your bill.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your move. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are stated in your quote.
Your responsibilities
Please keep cash, jewellery, important documents and other valuables with you. Tell us about fragile, high-value or unusual items before packing. Arrange society and building permissions, lift bookings and parking where needed. Prohibited and hazardous goods (gas cylinders, fuel, explosives, illegal items) cannot be transported.
Transit insurance and claims
Transit insurance is optional and is offered at a cost based on the declared value of your goods. Any damage must be noted on the delivery inventory and reported to us with photos within the time stated in your policy or quote. Without insurance, our liability is limited as stated in your quote.
Storage
Storage is charged per month from the date goods enter storage. Goods are released once storage charges are paid.
